Who is Mae Accounting?

Mae Accounting is based in Mangawhai and is run mainly by Tax Director Zoe Reilly.
​
Zoe grew up in Mangawhai, so after studying in Wellington (too windy) and working in Auckland (too big city) is was an easy decision to move back to sunny Mangawhai when the opportunity presented itself.
​
With accountants as parents, taxation and accounting quickly become second nature. After graduating from Victoria University Zoe worked as an auditor for KPMG. This progressed into a tax accounting role at a boutique accounting firm, specialising in property, trusts, and small business. Zoe - "since returning to Mangawhai I have worked for a variety of local businesses and love knowing my clients! It's impossible not to become invested in their business and success"

Zoe also volunteers her time as the treasurer of the Mangawhai Fire Brigade as a small way to give back her skills and knowledge.

When Zoe isn't working you would likely find out with her dog Sprite and young daughter Maebel, hanging out on the beach and enjoying the wonderful Mangawhai community.
